Job summary

Veolia in North America is hiring an Environmental Driver Specialist CDLA in Melbourne, FL to join our waste transportation team. This full-time role involves packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with environmental policies, with up to 4 overnights per week and paid hotel expenses.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21, and pass a DOT physical and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• By law, candidate must be at least 21 years old.
• Preferred: TWIC Card, Tanker endorsement, Hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport and dispose of waste material per environmental policies.
• Travel to locations on assigned route with up to 4 overnights per week (paid hotel and per diem).
• Interact with customers and internal staff while maintaining safety and compliance.
