Job summary

Valor is hiring Class A truck drivers for a dedicated OTR position with 100% no-touch freight across all 48 states. Expect 2–3 weeks out, with a full day home for each week out. Trucks are newer Condos and assigned; no slip seating.

Starting pay is 57–67 cents per mile based on experience with 2,500+ miles per week. Full benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, PTO and 401(k) with matching. CDL from your state of residency is required; 21+; clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Drivers must be 21+ with 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience.
• CDL must be from your state of residency.
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• May have up to 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and 6 jobs in 3 years; no termination for any reason on record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 48-state dedicated account with 100% no-touch freight.
• Complete drop-and-hook and live unloads as required.
• Stay out 2–3 weeks, with 1 home day for each week out and miles averaging 2,500+ per week.
