Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, a major beverage distributor, is hiring a CDL-A Driver in Sparks, NV to securely deliver beverages to retail locations on scheduled routes. The role involves early morning shifts (Tues–Sat) and requires interstate licensing with a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• CDL-A License required.
• Interstate license required.
• Ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles along scheduled routes for timely deliveries.
• Load/unload beverages with proper handling; stock backrooms as needed.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Use electronic or paper docs to confirm deliveries and track inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics to resolve discrepancies and provide updates.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and staff.
• Maintain valid CDL-A license and complete training.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects.
