Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A and a safe driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Willing to work 10–12 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to load/unload and be physically capable.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPC with professionalism and pride at every delivery and pickup.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure on-time service.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch team and crew.
• Take care of your truck—clean, fueled, and safe.
• Keep it legal and safe—DOT compliance first.
• Check and secure loads; you’re the last line before that product.
• Bring energy, no egos, help teammates, have each other’s backs.
