Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Driver, Hourly CDL-A to deliver food and related products to customers on intrastate and interstate routes. The role requires a valid CDL-A, 12+ months driving, and DOT compliance. You will perform safety checks, unload at customer sites, complete required paperwork, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 12+ months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A and must be 21+ years of age.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Performs required safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspects tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Follows DOT regulations and company driving policies.
• Reports safety hazards and checks that freight is loaded and secured.
• Drives to deliver customer orders according to route schedule and unloads products.
• Completes required paperwork and obtains customer signatures; handles payments if required.
• Maintains daily hours-of-service logs and keeps the tractor and trailer clean and secured.
