Job summary

PFG Customized is hiring a CDL-A Driver to support intrastate and interstate deliveries, with 4-day work weeks and dispatch between 11pm–4am. The role includes day-one health benefits, uniforms, boot allowances, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

The position offers strong pay ($80,000–$89,000 average annually), competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within food distribution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Meet state licensing requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Drives routes and delivers orders on time.
• Unloads freight and secures items at customer sites.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Maintains tractor/trailer cleanliness and safety standards.
