Performance Foodservice is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support food distribution operations. The role involves driving tractor trailer or straight trucks on intrastate/interstate routes, with early dispatch from 4:00am to 6:00am and a 4-day work week (Mon–Tue and Thu–Fri, layover routes), delivering to customers in a timely and safe manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL-A license required; 6+ months commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a clean MVR in the past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check; possess DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsabilités

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) and meets DOT regulations.
• Delivers and unloads products to customers according to schedule.
• Completes required paperwork and verifies customer invoices and signatures.
• Keeps tractor, trailer and facilities clean and secure.
