Job summary

JA Frate, Inc. is looking for a reliable CDL Class A Driver to join their team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This full-time role involves local transportation of goods with a 2nd shift available, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have a valid CDL A, 2+ years of driving experience, and the ability to manage the vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations.

The position requires occasional loading and unloading, adherence to safety regulations, and effective communication with dispatch. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving with CDL A.
• Must have a valid CDL A and the ability to drive a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds.
• No convictions for serious or disqualifying traffic violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Transport goods and materials to various locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
