Job summary

American Driver is seeking CDL-A drivers for a high-performance OTR fleet with 100% no-touch freight. Earn 3,200+ miles weekly and choose your trailer and pay, with 1099 status.

Pay scales include REEFER and DRY VAN CPM rates and weekly take-home up to $2,700 for reefers and $2,400 for dry van. Home time is flexible; no forced dispatch, with supportive dispatch and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience.
• DOT urine screen only (no hair follicle testing).
• Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
• Hiring area nationwide except CA, MS, LA, and AL.

Responsibilities

• Drive 3,200+ miles weekly with 100% no-touch freight.

Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.

THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

• REEFER: $0.81-$0.86 CPM | $2,700 Avg. Weekly Take Home
• DRY VAN: $0.76-$0.81 CPM | $2,400 –Avg. Weekly Take Home
• ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

We have a fast-track orientation—qualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.

• Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
• Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
• Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
• Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
• Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
