Job summary

American Driver is a high-performance OTR fleet seeking CDL-A drivers to earn 3,200+ miles weekly with 100% no-touch freight. You choose your trailer and your pay.

Engines are governed at 72 MPH to maximize miles, with flexible home time and a driver-first dispatch approach. We offer fast orientation—dispatched within 4 hours of arrival—plus we provide late-model, assigned equipment and comprehensive access to EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J cards.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
• Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
• Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
• Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
• No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).

Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.

THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)

• REEFER: $0.81-$0.86 CPM | $2,700 Avg. Weekly Take Home
• DRY VAN: $0.76-$0.81 CPM | $2,400 –Avg. Weekly Take Home
• ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."

MILEAGE & OPERATIONAL FREEDOM

• Governed at 72 MPH: More speed means more miles in your pocket every single day.
• Strict NO NYC Policy: We value your time and sanity—no New York City, ever.
• No Forced Dispatch: 24/­ 7 professional support. We work with you, not against you.
• Home Time: Flexible. 2 weeks out / 2 days off OR 3 weeks out / 4 days off.

Your truck is your office and your home. We provide late-model, permanently assigned units (Take them # ???? ) for your reset.
