McLane Company, Inc. in De Pere, WI is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver to support a nationwide network and customer deliveries.

You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, manage logs, and ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of goods. The role offers a competitive pay range of $103,000–$109,000 gross per year, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, day-one benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus paid holidays and additional programs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying road regulations and truck handling skills.
• Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting deliveries and temps.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.
