GFL Environmental Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Vacuum Truck Operator / CDL Driver to join our team.

You will operate vacuum equipment, perform pre-trips, and support hydro-excavation and line flushing projects. This role requires CDL A with Tanker Endorsement, 2 years of industrial vacuum or hydro-excavation experience, strong safety records, and excellent communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• CDL class A required.
• Tanker endorsement required.

Pay: $25-$29/hr BOE

The Vacuum Truck Operator will work with the Vacuum Truck Services team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced CDL Tanker Driver / Hydrovac Operator to join our team as a Vacuum Truck Driver. In this role, you will work as a Combo Unit Driver and Industrial Services Technician, handling hydro excavating, and line flushing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vacuum equipment in an industrial setting
• Follow company policies and procedures as well as various on-site Requirements:
• Provide exceptional service to all clients and professionally represent GFL
• Complete daily equipment pre-trips and driver logs required for NSC compliance
• Maintain detailed and accurate company documentation to accompany work performed
• Demonstrate a commitment to environmental compliance
• Participate in safety programs such as safety meetings, near miss reporting and job hazard assessments
• Work independently while managing time and productivity and communicate effective

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Valid CDL A
• Tanker Endorsement required
• 2 years Industrial vacuum truck and/or hydro-excavating experience preferably with a combo unit preferred, but not required
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Safety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial setting
• Knowledge to perform minor maintenance on units to maintain efficient operation
• Possesses cleanliness and organizational skills
• Must be in good health and physical condition to perform duties assigned
