Job summary

Condustrial, Inc. is seeking a dependable Class A CDL driver with construction general labor experience to transport guardrail materials and participate in installation work. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, in Lexington with 50-80% travel during weekdays; per diem is provided. No weekends.

Laborers will participate in site setup, tool use, and assisting tradesmen to complete tasks efficiently, while identifying underground utilities and maintaining equipment and trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL driver's license.
• Current MVR.
• Current DOT Card.
• General knowledge of construction practices.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety rules for heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; physically demanding tasks; outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare the construction site for work; remove debris and hazards.
• Assist tradesmen to complete tasks more effectively.
• Identify utilities and monitor digging to prevent hits.
• Clean up and maintain equipment.
• Restock trucks with supplies and ensure crews have proper tools and supplies.

Condustrial Inc. is seeking passionate individuals with their Class A CDL License along with construction general labor experience! We need a reliable certified driver to transport guardrail materials for installation. Employee is not only expected to drive but be a part of the installation crew! This position is typically Monday through Friday, 8 hour days located in Lexington. NO WEEKENDS. Require 50-80% travel during weekdays, per diem will be provided.

Our general laborers play an important part in our Job site production. A General Laborers may operate hand and power tools of all types and a variety of other equipment and instruments.

• Clean and prepare the construction site for work, remove debris and possible hazards.
• Assist the tradesmen to be able to complete their skilled task more effectively.
• Identify utilities and monitor digging by dig crew to prevent utility hits.
• Clean up and maintain equipment.
• Restock trucks with supplies and ensure crews have the proper tools and supplies to complete the job.

Basic Qualifications:

• General knowledge of construction practices;
• Knowledge of traffic laws, ordinances, rules involved in equipment operation, hazards and applicable safety rules and precautions for heavy equipment operation;
• Competent in the laws, regulations, and identification of underground utility locations;
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
• Ability to do physically demanding tasks;
• Able/willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
