Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is hiring experienced CDL A Drivers to join our waste and environmental services team. You will travel to client locations on your assigned route, pack and transport waste safely, and dispose of it according to environmental policies.

The role may require up to four overnight stays weekly with hotel costs and per diem covered. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL, and be able to pass DOT-related checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Hazmat endorsement may be required.
• TWIC Card and Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) important.

Responsibilities

• Pack, transport, and properly dispose of waste material per policy.

Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures. This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and nightly per diem).

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. By law, you must be at least 21 years of age. Hazmat required.

Preferred qualifications are a TWIC Card,Tanker endorsement. As you will interact with customers and internal staff, fluency in English (verbal and written) will be important.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a DOT physical, drug test and DEA background check.
