McLane is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to move, supply, and deliver for America's favorite brands. Drivers enjoy earning potential up to $106,000 with industry-leading pay and comprehensive benefits from day one, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and life insurance.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, handling bills of lading, safe tractor-trailer operation, DOT-compliant logs, and delivering to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL-A license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of regulations and safe vehicle maneuvering.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt and temperatures.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do As a CDL-A Delivery Driver

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You'll Bring As a CDL-A Teammate

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
