Business Resources One is seeking a Local CDL Delivery Driver & Yard Specialist in Wixom, MI. This outdoor role delivers plant materials to customer sites, prepares items for delivery, and supports yard operations with loading and unloading duties.

The position offers a 40+ hour week, Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with seasonal Saturday shifts. CDL Class A with air brakes is required; Spanish is a bonus. Compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, with insurance and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with air brakes endorsement required.
• Ability to safely lift heavy materials regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors effectively in all weather conditions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining highly detail-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Plant knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Spanish speaking is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plant material safely and efficiently to customer sites.
• Prepare plant material carefully for customer deliveries.
• Load plant material into company trucks securely.
• Maintain the delivery fleet and equipment for safety and reliability.
• Unload and process incoming plant shipments in the nursery yard.
• Plant, pot, and maintain container-grown shrubs, trees, and perennials.
• Assist with harvesting field-grown trees as needed.

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Local CDL Delivery Driver & Yard Specialist to join their team for a hands-on, outdoor role. The primary objective is to provide professional delivery services, ensure the safe transportation and care of plant materials, and support the yard team. This position offers a steady schedule of 40+ hours per week, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with seasonal Saturday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. between April 1st and October 1st.

Compensation & Benefits
