Job summary

Proven Winners seeks an experienced delivery driver to support efficient client deliveries and accurate loading/unloading processes. You will follow road rules, interact with customers after routes to confirm items were delivered, and assist in loading/unloading freights as needed.

The role emphasizes safe operation, DOT log maintenance, and clear communication with the logistics team as part of a hands-on, in-person operation.

Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid CDL license.
• Must maintain DOT logs and follow safety rules at all times.
• Ability to plan routes, communicate with customers, and operate delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Map out and organize daily delivery routes and follow delivery schedules.
• Safely operate equipment including cages, load bars, straps, pallet jacks, GPS units.
• Unload trucks and load vehicles as needed.
• Complete and keep DOT logs and run sheets up-to-date.
• Document shortages and discrepancies for the logistics team.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Job Summary

This role will play an integral role for the organization, assisting with deliveries to clients in an efficient manner while following all road rules & regulations. Given the delivery nature of this role, drivers will interact with clients once routes have been completed to certify that all items have been properly delivered. This position may play an additional role in the preparation phases of loading and unloading freights as necessary.

Essential Functions

• Map out and organize daily delivery routes and follow delivery schedules
• Safely operate equipment as necessary including (but not limited to): cages, load bars, straps, pallet jacks, maps/ GPS units
• Unload trucks when returning from runs; load vehicles when necessary
• Complete and keep accurate DOT logs, records, and keep run sheets up-to-date
• Document shortages and discrepancies and provide this information in a timely manner to appropriate logistics team members
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen professional communication with customers

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma OR Equivalent
• CDL license

This range reflects the expected compensation for candidates who meet the listed qualifications. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Hourly wage:$28.00 – $30.00 per hour.
