Job summary

McLane Company, Inc in Boise, ID is seeking a CDL-A Delivery Driver to join our nationwide distribution team. You will inspect tractors, log hours per DOT, drive safely, unload deliveries, and uphold compliance while serving top brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy on off-hour deliveries.
• Drive tractor-trailer to destination, following DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Maintain driver log per DOT regulations and document delivery receipts and temperatures.
• Unload trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
