Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a relief delivery driver to fill in when regular drivers are unavailable. Routes change day to day, delivering to stores including convenience, gas, small supermarkets, and drug stores.

The role involves unloading, stocking, merchandising, and setting up promotional materials under varying weather conditions. The position requires a valid CDL A, weekend work (Saturday), four-day workweeks with two consecutive days off, and full-time hours with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Full-time 40+ hours; Saturday work; home daily; benefits start day one; paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
• Follow DOT regulations.
• Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
