Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a relief delivery driver to cover shifts when regular drivers are unavailable. Routes vary daily; you will deliver products to stores, stock shelves, set up displays, and handle cash/charges. You will interact with store management and ensure promotions are executed.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, driving a delivery vehicle, and meeting safety and DOT guidelines. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid CDL/permit, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
• Ability to pass required drug test and physical capabilities test.
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
• Merchandise accounts to local standards.
• Follow DOT regulations.
• Establish positive working relationships at each account.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
