Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Local Delivery Driver with CDL A for relief routes. You will drive, deliver to stores, stock shelves, and set up displays on a changing daily route. You must pass drug and DOT tests, and be able to lift 20-45 lb cases repeatedly.

The role offers home daily, overtime opportunities, weekly pay, and benefits starting on day one. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, with additional milestones. Safety and DOT compliance are emphasized throughout training and daily duties.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. CDL or CDL Permit or CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status
• Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and execute all promotions
• Service all scheduled customers by end of shift
• Merchandise all accounts to local standards
• Follow DOT regulations
• Establish positive relationships with primary contacts at each account
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance
