Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Delivery Driver II to operate delivery trucks, load and unload cargo, complete shipping paperwork, and support warehouse operations. You will work with a safety-minded team, handling inventory and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.

Applicants should have 2 years of driving experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and must obtain a CDL Class A license and pass a DOT medical exam with a 1-year card funded by The Kendall Group.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior driving experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• CDL Class A license must be obtained upon hire
• DOT medical exam and 1-year card required (paid by Kendall)
• Ability to use standard office and warehouse equipment; basic math and reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; work independently or in a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand and walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Drive product to customer locations
• Load and unload trucks per procedures
• Complete daily shipping paperwork
• Check equipment and report issues to supervisor
• Count inventory in assigned areas
• Learn to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts
• Participate in warehouse housekeeping and safety practices
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned
