Job summary

US Foods is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver to join a trusted logistics team in Phoenix. You will drive safely, unload cargo, verify deliveries, and provide strong customer service while supporting our foodservice operations.

Starting pay includes a training rate of $33.03/hr with component pay after training based on miles, stops, and cases. A $7,500 retention bonus is available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

Must have CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience (any industry) OR 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Safe Driving: Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Unloading: Unload products using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand; 100% touch freight.
Delivery Verification: Verify deliveries with customers and secure signatures.
Customer Service: Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.
Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections for safety.
Account Management: Handle collections and payments when applicable.
Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
