Job summary

US Foods is hiring drivers in Maine. You will follow a Mon-Fri schedule with 1–2 night layovers and dispatch between 12am–3am. Training pays $27.81 per hour, with the potential to earn $1,500–$2,000 per week and benefits available from day one.

Responsibilities include safely driving to customers, unloading, verifying deliveries, handling payments when applicable, and providing excellent customer service. You must have a CDL Class A and pass DOT qualifications, with FMCSA Clearinghouse

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Must register with FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Strong safety and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet delivery times.
• Unload products using available equipment and place in customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
