Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role transports and delivers products to designated customers using straight trucks, box trucks, or CMVs.

You will learn routes, complete documentation, perform DVIRs, adhere to safety policies, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer service. Ideal candidate has a CDL, clean driving record, 1+ year experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year CDL driver/delivery route experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL and clean driving history; ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• HazMat endorsement preferred; forklift certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills for data entry and order verification.
• Ability to work overtime and in fast-paced environments.
• Physical: lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs; sit and drive regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate straight/box/CMV (26,001+ lbs) to delivery locations.
• Learn routes, optimize delivery, and ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries).
• Perform DVIRs, report issues, and keep vehicle clean.
• Follow OSHA/DOT/FMCSA policies and safety training.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Assist with loading/unloading and warehouse tasks as needed.
