Job summary

US Foods in Tracy, CA is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to move products to customers safely and efficiently.

You’ll back into docks, unload with care, verify deliveries, and provide professional customer service while upholding safety standards.

You must meet CDL A requirements, be 21+, have English literacy, and register with FMCSA Clearinghouse; benefits start Day One and include health care, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A with DOT qualifications.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.

Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Unloading: Unload products using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand with 100% touch freight.
• Delivery Verification: Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Customer Service: Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.
• Equipment Inspection: Pre- and post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Account Management: Handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
