Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver in Tennessee to safely deliver products to customers, unload freight, and verify deliveries with professional service. The role includes early start times and frequent yard travel to locations such as Paris, Nashville, and Bowling Green.

During training, pay starts at $26.97 per hour with component pay afterwards. Average weekly pay is around $1,700, with benefits beginning Day One and safety-focused operations across multi-temperature

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Hold valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience (or 3 months in food/beverage delivery).
Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Safe Driving: Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
Unloading: 100% touch freight using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand.
Delivery Verification: Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
Customer Service: Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.
Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.
Account Management: Handle collections and payments when applicable.
Adaptability: All other duties assigned by management.
