Job summary

The position offers an $80,000 pay rate with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, plus comprehensive benefits from Day 1 and various additional programs. Candidates must meet driving and safety standards and be capable of reading and understanding English for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.
Responsibilities
- Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
- Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour delivery.
- Drive tractor-trailer to destination following regulations and safe driving practices.
- Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations and document delivery receipts.
- Unload trailer and deliver product at customer premises.
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
