Job summary

Sysco is hiring delivery drivers to safely transport and unload products from warehouses to customer locations. The role involves long hours, overnight schedules, and weekend coverage with top earning potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience.
• 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience required. Food and/or beverage delivery experience a plus.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Safe lifting and delivery practices.
• Ability to drive a tractor-trailer unit in day and night conditions and communicate with customers; operate equipment as described; read/speak English sufficiently to converse and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload product from trailer to customer locations in accordance with invoices and company standards.
• Complete DOT logs, inspections, and post-trip reports; ensure invoices are accurate and submitted daily.
• Maintain food safety protocols and sanitary conditions in vehicle and warehouse areas.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships through excellent and courteous service.
