Job summary

Domino’s Corporate is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza locations. The role requires unloading, customer service, and returning equipment to the Supply Chain Center. You may shuttle trailers and position them at dock doors as needed.

Expect local routes with some OTR; schedules include night dispatch and home daily runs. Must be 21+, with CDL, DOT medical, and strong safety focus; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience; one year preferred.
• Must maintain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must meet MVR standards to operate company CMV.
• Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour.

Responsibilities

• Drive Domino’s Class A commercial vehicles to deliver products to Domino’s stores.
• Unload products and provide customer service at stores.
• Collect empty containers and return them to the Supply Chain Center; shuttle trailers when needed.
• Maintain safety standards and wear PPE as required.

Pay Breakdown

• $35.75 - $38.55/ hour , based on number of years of verifiable driving experience
• Sleeper Berth Pay (per hour): 50% of hourly rate
• Call-in Pay (per occurrence) - $150 - $250
• Bonus Opportunities:
  • Safety Bonus – $2,000 annually
  • Company Bonus – 2% of annualized hourly rate

The Domino's Class A Commercial Truck Driver safely drives commercial company vehicles over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Truck Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino’s Supply Chain Center.

On occasion, the Commercial Truck Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino’s team members ensure that all tasks are performed safely, including wearing proper PPE.

Schedule

Drivers may run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Driver schedules consist of mostly local (home daily runs), as well as some OTR runs. These average about 32-34 hours in length, including your 10-hour reset and dispatch out at night. Drivers must be open to working OTR runs and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.
