MW Smithfield is actively seeking Company Drivers to join our fleet and enjoy reliable pay and consistent weekly home time. Our drivers receive an additional $100 per week availability incentive, boosting earnings when on dispatch, plus performance and safety bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
