MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers who can maximize earnings through incentive pay, per diem reimbursement, and performance bonuses. The fleet offers newer equipment, direct deposit, and modern dispatch tools to help you stay efficient and comfortable on the road.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
