Job summary

MW Smithfield is seeking company drivers to join our team. Earn an extra $100 per week via availability incentive pay, plus base pay with Per Diem of $0.15 CPM for non-taxable income; total earnings include this incentive as shown in the pay chart.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
