Job summary

MW Smithfield is seeking company drivers to join our fleet, featuring newer model equipment and a transparent pay structure. You’ll start with an availability incentive pay of $1,450 per week, with increases by tenure and additional performance bonuses for miles dispatched during each month.

The program includes Direct Deposit, Pre-Planned Dispatch, E-Logs, and a comprehensive benefits package after a qualifying period, plus a 401K with company match and paid vacation after one year.

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
