MW Smithfield is recruiting Company Drivers to join our Hirschbach-enabled fleet. You’ll earn an extra $100/week via availability incentive pay, plus per diem reimbursements of $0.15 CPM.

Expect monthly safety and performance bonuses and a range of benefits after the first year, including health coverage and 401(k) with company match. We feature newer model equipment and tools like Pre-Planned Dispatch and Direct Deposit.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
