Job summary

MW Smithfield is actively seeking Company Drivers with a strong work ethic to join our fleet. You’ll receive an extra $100/week added to a base earnings package, for a total incentive of $1,450 per week, along with a performance-based bonus program and a rich benefits package.

Expect modern equipment, direct deposit, Pre-Planned Dispatch, E-Logs, and a robust 401K with company match. Per diem is available with clear reimbursement terms, plus vacation pay after one year and a driver referral

• Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
• Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch

• 1 Year Tenure - $1,475
• 2 Years Tenure - $1,500
• 3 Years Tenure - $1,550
• 4 Years Tenure - $1,600
• 5 Years Tenure - $1,650
