MW Smithfield is seeking Company Drivers with strong work ethic and a focus on reliable, safe transportation. The role features an extra $100/week availability incentive pay, totaling $1,450 weekly availability, and a structured escalation with tenure-based increases.

Dispatch remains six days per week to maximize earnings, with comprehensive pay components described in the incentive chart. In addition to base pay, drivers can access Per Diem, PrePass, and a robust benefits package including
