Overview
CDL-A - Dedicated truck driver - Sappi role at Schneider. Haul paper rolls and pulp in dry van trailers. 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight. Drive within the Northeast. 5-8 loads per week.
Pay and bonus potential
- Average pay: $1,275-$1,550 weekly
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
- Weekly performance pay
- $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
- Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
- Compensation details: 1275-1550

Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training).
- Live within 60 miles of Skowhegan, ME.
