Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for Dedicated Midwest routes hauling appliances and building products. This role features 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight with 10–14 loads per week, driving within Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Compensation includes mileage pay plus hourly on-duty pay, a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 90 days, weekly performance pay, paid orientation, and benefits like health insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling appliances and building products.
• 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight.
• 10-14 loads per week.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
