Schneider National is seeking a driver for dedicated routes in the United States. You will haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload using gravity rollers, with a focus on slow-speed maneuvers and back‑ups.

Expect weekly pay including a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 during the first 90 days, plus sign‑on bonuses for experienced or inexperienced drivers and an annual bonus. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 100 miles of Denver, CO.
