Job summary

C.R. England, the premier long-haul refrigerated carrier, is seeking an experienced CDL driver for a dedicated Family Dollar lane.

Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of Class A CDL experience is required. This lane is not for students or trainees. Expect 2–3 loads weekly across TX and neighboring states; home weekly with a 34-hour reset. earnings arise from mileage and load pay, with bonuses and additional benefits described in the policy.

• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Responsibilities

• Unload freight using rollers
• Drive 53-ft dry trailers on a refrigerated long-haul lane
• Deliver 75% in TX and 25% in surrounding states (KS, AR, LA, MS)
• Home weekly for 34-hour reset
• Average 2–3 loads per week with 2–6 stops per load
• Mileage pay and load pay; breakdown pay up to $200/day
• Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Generally, 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS

There are on average of 2-3 loads per week with 2-6 stops per load. Divers average 1600 miles per week

Drivers will unload the freight using rollers

Home weekly for 34-hour reset

Sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmission, pulling 53-ft dry trailers

Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

Clean DOT Inspection - $25

Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
