Schneider National is seeking drivers for Team Dedicated routes in Smyrna, TN. You’ll haul general merchandise in double pup trailers with 100% no-touch and drop-and-hook freight, operating terminal-to-terminal mainly east of the Mississippi River.

Overview

• Haul general merchandise in double pup trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight.
• Terminal to terminal, running mostly East of the Mississippi River.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required at time of hire.
• HazMat endorsement required at time of hire.
• Live within 75 miles of Smyrna, TN.
