Schneider National is seeking skilled truck drivers for Team Dedicated operations. You will haul general merchandise in double pup trailers, operate 100% no-touch and 100% drop-and-hook freight, and run terminal-to-terminal routes mostly east of the Mississippi.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
