Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated Target fleet operating from Rialto, CA, with deliveries to AZ, UT, NV and CA. Most loads are no-touch and include true team pairing or solo with a teammate.

Weekly miles average around 3,900 with consistent schedules and regular home time. Trucks are top-of-the-line automatics on 53-ft dry vans parked at Colton. Pay includes CPM split with miles driven, stop pay, a safe/on-time bonus, and comprehensive health benefits; PTO,

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required.
• No students, recent grads, or trainees accepted.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53-ft dry van trailers on dedicated lanes.
• Pull no-touch freight; additional pay for unloading if needed.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with predictable miles.
• Team with a partner driver for the lane matching program.

An experienced CDL-A Team Driver in the dedicated division of C.R. England can count on consistent miles with regular routes, highly competitive pay, health and retirement benefits, and the industry's best equipment. Drivers on this dedicated Target fleet pull no-touch freight loads and average 3,900 miles a week.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Loads start and final in Rialto, CA with deliveries to AZ, UT, NV and CA

Mainly no-touch freight preloaded at the shipper. Additional pay for unloading, if needed

This account can take true teams or individual drivers that will be matched with a teammate

Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly - Set day offy

Company provided top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks pulling 53-ft dry van trailers

Trucks will need to be parked at the Colton facility

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3 or more months of recent Class A CDL experience
