C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A Team Driver for its dedicated division in Rialto, CA. You will operate 53-ft dry van trailers in a true team or solo arrangement, with predictable weekly miles and a consistent schedule.

This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, and paid time off. Drivers receive a per-mile CPM split, stop pay, and opportunities for bonuses, with trucks provided at the Colton facility.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required.
• Lane involves dedicated routes starting in Rialto, CA with deliveries to AZ, UT, NV and CA.
• Teams or solo drivers will be matched with a teammate.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer with consistent miles on the dedicated Target fleet.
• Pull no-touch freight with potential unloading pay when needed.
• Maintain a safe, on-time delivery record and adhere to schedule.

An experienced CDL-A Team Driver in the dedicated division of C.R. England can count on consistent miles with regular routes, highly competitive pay, health and retirement benefits, and the industry’s best equipment. Drivers on this dedicated Target fleet pull no-touch freight loads and average 3,900 miles a week.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Loads start and final in Rialto, CA with deliveries to AZ, UT, NV and CA

Mainly no-touch freight preloaded at the shipper. Additional pay for unloading, if needed

This account can take true teams or individual drivers that will be matched with a teammate

Consistent schedule and predictable miles

Home Time: 34 Hour Reset Weekly - Set day offy

CPM split. Driver gets paid for all the miles the truck runs

Stop pay

Safe and On-Time Bonus

Company provided top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks pulling 53-ft dry van trailers
