Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers to run expedited freight for a dedicated account based in Gilroy, CA. You will transport refrigerated loads that are live loaded and live unloaded, with competitive pay and a strong set of benefits.

Expect a 34-hour reset weekly, mileage pay with a split, and a mileage bonus of up to 3%. Drivers must reside within 100 miles of Gilroy or Colton, CA and have 3+ months of Class A experience.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required with 3+ months of Class A CDL experience.
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.
• Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly.

Responsibilities

• Drive expedited refrigerated freight; loads are live load and live unload.
• Operate as a dedicated account driver between Gilroy, CA and distribution centers across IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, FL.
• Mileage pay is split with eligible Safe and On-Time Mileage Bonus up to 3% of mileage pay.

Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly

Driver Requirements:
