Job summary

C.R. England in Rialto, CA is seeking on-site, full-time CDL drivers for its Target freight lanes. Drivers share loads with teams or are paired with a teammate, with miles focused across AZ, UT, NV and CA.

A weekly 34-hour reset and steady home time support work-life balance. Company-provided trucks are automatic, with pay based on miles driven (CPM split), stop pay, and bonuses for safety and on-time performance.

• At least 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience required.

Rialto, CA is where every load on this Target team fleet begins and ends, with deliveries running to Arizona, Utah, Nevada and throughout California.

You share the wheel with a co-driver, and drivers average 3,900 miles per week. Bring your own teammate, or come on your own and we will match you with one.

The freight is mainly no-touch, preloaded at the shipper, and you take a weekly 34-hour reset with a set day off.

• Dedicated Target freight
• Loads start and finish in Rialto, CA
• Deliveries to Arizona, Utah, Nevada and throughout California
• CPM split. Driver gets paid for all the miles the truck runs.
• Stop pay

Team Setup:

• True teams are welcome

Home Time:

• 34-hour reset weekly
• Set day off

Equipment:

• Company-provided automatic transmission trucks
• Trucks park at the Colton facility, 2250 Riverside Ave, Colton, CA
• C.R. England runs one of the newest fleets in the country

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
