Job summary

CR England is seeking professional CDL drivers to operate on a Rialto, CA–based fleet serving Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California. You will share the wheel with a co-driver or be paired with a teammate, with weekly miles and predictable home time.

Trucks are automatic, and the role emphasizes safety, consistency, and on-time performance, with a comprehensive benefits package and PTO. Weekly pay and referral incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Weekly pay with benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate within Target freight network with dedicated routes.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with team drivers for efficient trips.
• Complete required logs and pre/post-trip inspections.

Job description

Rialto, CA is where every load on this Target team fleet begins and ends, with deliveries running to Arizona, Utah, Nevada and throughout California.

You share the wheel with a co-driver, and drivers average 3,900 miles per week. Bring your own teammate, or come on your own and we will match you with one.

The freight is mainly no-touch, preloaded at the shipper, and you take a weekly 34-hour reset with a set day off.

• Dedicated Target freight
• Loads start and finish in Rialto, CA
• Deliveries to Arizona, Utah, Nevada and throughout California
• CPM split. Driver gets paid for all the miles the truck runs.
• Stop pay
• Safe and on-time bonus

Team Setup:

• True teams are welcome
• Individual drivers are matched with a teammate

Home Time:

• 34-hour reset weekly
• Set day off

Equipment:

• Company-provided automatic transmission trucks
• Trucks park at the Colton facility, 2250 Riverside Ave, Colton, CA
• C.R. England runs one of the newest fleets in the country

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
