Job summary

OConnell Motor Freight INC is seeking CDL-A dedicated retail delivery drivers to service Dollar Tree accounts across multiple regions. Drivers will deliver dry freight to retail stores and unload at customer locations, often using rollers, roto-carts, or liftgates.

All openings include weekly home time and sleeper tractor operation where available. Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, 6 months of recent T/T driving in the last 12 months with no more than two jobs, and the ability to

• Must have 6 months of experience driving a T/T in the last 12 months and only 2 jobs in the past year.
• Willingness to handle an active, touch-freight position.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry freight to retail stores and unload at customer locations using rollers, roto-carts, or liftgates.
• Operate automatic sleeper tractors where applicable and maintain safe driving practices.

Multiple CDL-A openings are available on a dedicated Dollar Tree account. Positions are based in several regions, with average weekly earnings ranging from $1600 to $2,000, depending on the location and pay structure.

These are active driving positions. Drivers deliver dry freight to retail stores and unload at customer locations using rollers, roto-carts, or liftgates. Every opening offers weekly home time!

Equipment and Freight

• Dry freight
• Automatic sleeper tractors at most locations
• Take-home truck parking may be available with a safe and secure parking location
• Parking arrangements are confirmed with the account manager

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
