Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking Dedicated Regional CDL-A Drivers for local and regional lanes in the Metro-Detroit area, with home time weekly and on weekends.

Expect routes from Michigan to Kansas City and beyond, with steady year-round work and earnings up to $2,100 per week plus a $0.70 CPM. Benefits include health, dental & vision after 90 days, PTO, paid holidays, stop-off pay and detention pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
• Clean driving record with a strong safety history.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Secure and handle freight as required.
• Maintain logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Report mechanical or safety issues.

• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
